Community Garden
We are excited to introduce our 5 chickens to our school community:
- Bok Bok named by Foundation Calleja
- Benny named by Year 1 Topcuoglu
- Cluckers named by 4 Fahey
- JollyB named by 6 Conroy
- Parmi named by the School Community
To identify which chicken is which, each has a different colour tag on their right leg, and our poster depicting this will be displayed in the chicken coop area.
They have all settled in very well and are all laying an egg a day! We look forward to being able to use these eggs in our CAFE program next term.
