Last Friday we celebrated the International Day Of Mathematics with a ‘Guess How Many Lollies In The Jar’ competition. A huge thank you to the Year 6s who volunteered their time to help run the competition at both recess and lunch time. The guesses were very close in each of the levels, with an exact guess of how many Joysticks were in the jar by Huda in 4BC! Janielle in FEB & Ava C in 5ZW were our closest guesses for the Trolli Burger Jar and Swizzels Originals Jar. A huge congratulations to all three of our winners!
The Penrose Tiling Colouring Competition is still open until this Wednesday. There will be a prize for the most creative colouring-in sheet in each year level F-6. Please hand in any finished colouring-in sheets to the front office. Winners will be announced Thursday at lunch time. Good luck!
