Year 4 News
Year 4 students have the opportunity to be a part of the running of St Anthony’s Nourish and Flourish Cafe this year.
Over the last few weeks we have been learning about rules and laws in the Cafe. Students created a poster or keynote presentation demonstrating their understanding such as wash your hands, use the kitchen utensils responsibly and keep your workstation clean.
We have explored kitchen items and what they are called and the purpose of them. Students participated in a knife handling workshop where they practised a range of cutting techniques. The grade four students are excited to begin the Cafe and welcome family and friends to visit with their child’s class on their scheduled week.
