Oral Health Education
Teeth On Wheels will be visiting our school for dental check-ups and oral health education starting on the August 5th 2024.
Please click on the link below to complete your child’s consent form today and the Teeth On Wheels team will be in contact to schedule your child’s appointment and notify you on your eligibility. If you are not eligible, Teeth On Wheels will offer you a special deal of $99 for the full check-up, oral cancer screening, clean, fluoride treatment and any x-rays if required (this can be claimed back through your private health insurance).
